Product description

The flexible tray for mini-madeleine, from the "Moul'flex" range, de Buyer brand, is the perfect solution to quickly create delicious cakes with a perfect shape.

The flexible tray is made from platinum-cured silicone, that withstands temperatures between -40°C and +280°C, and has an excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Due to the material, the cakes will not stick to the surface, and the elasticity of the tray will allow that the cakes be removed easily.

The flexible tray can be used both in the traditional oven, as well as in the microwave and in bain-marie.

It is recommended to place the product on a perforated tray before putting in the oven. It is cleaned only manually. 

Capacity: 30 individual servings.
