Flexible tray for 6 semispheres, from the "Moul'flex" range, de Buyer brand, is the perfect solution to prepare desserts that require freezing and baking. 

Made of platinum-plated silicone resistant to temperatures between -40°C and + 280°C, the flexible tray has an excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Due to the tray material, the cakes will not stick to the its surface, and due to its elasticity, they will be extremely easy to remove from the tray.  

The flexible tray can be used both in the traditional oven, as well as in the microwave and in bain-marie.

It is recommended to place the product on a perforated tray before placing in the oven. To be cleaned only manually.
