Payment methods

The available payment methods are as follows

Online payment by card

When placing your order, you will be redirected to the Stripe website to make the payment online.

KitchenShop does not ask for or store details relating to your card. Payment processing is done through Stripe.com servers.

The accepted cards are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).

Payment with PayPal

At KitchenShop you can easily pay using your PayPal account. When placing your order you will be redirected to Paypal to make the payment.

KitchenShop does not ask for or store details relating to your card.

Payment processing is done through PayPal's servers.

Payment by bank transfer (Payment order)

After you place your order, you will receive your payment details by email. The order will be shipped after the payment is visible in our bank account.

Orders can take longer to process because transfers between banks can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days.

Use of promo codes

You can partially pay for your order using a discount code you received from us via email or as part of a promotion.

How to proceed?

Add the product you want to buy to the cart.
Open your shopping cart and tap on the "Use Promo Code" button to open the code insertion box.
Enter the promo code in the box and click on the "Add" button.

Using KitchenShop loyalty points

You can partially pay for your order using loyalty points collected from previous orders. For each order you receive 3% of the amount paid for that order on the KitchenShop loyalty card, in the form of loyalty points.

The KitchenShop loyalty card is created automatically on the first order you place with the user account created on www.kitchenshop.eu.

How to proceed?

Log in to your user account on the KitchenShop website.
Add the product you want to buy to the cart.
Open the shopping cart and check the box next to the text "Use 0000 reward points:"
