Product description

Flexible tray for madeleine, from the "Moul'flex" range, de Buyer brand is the ideal solution to quickly create delicious and perfectly-shaped cakes.

The flexible tray is made from platinum-plated silicone that withstands temperatures between -40°C and +280°C and has excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Thanks to the tray material, the cakes will not stick to the surface, and the elasticity of the tray will allow that the cakes be removed easily.

The flexible tray can be used both in the traditional oven, as well as in the microwave and in bain-marie.

It is recommended to place the product on a perforated tray before putting in the oven. To be cleaned only manually.
