Product description

Confectionery spatula, de Buyer brand, extremely flexible and supple, with rubber palette, being ideal for working with cold ingredients (the maximum working temperature for this spatula is 100°C).

This spatula has a special "Maryse" shape, ideal for placing and levelling cake creams  and designed for industrial use, being almost indestructible.

This spatula has both a rounded edge and an edge at 90° angle to allow easy handling in any type of cookware, without damaging them.

Total length: 25 cm;
Handle length: 18 cm.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
