Product description

Ring-shaped mould for tarts and quiche, de Buyer brand, made of stainless steel, diameter 8 cm.

The edges of the mould, both the upper edge and the lower edge, are rounded for easy handling. The ring-shaped mould is leak-proof and its interior is perfectly smooth, to allow for excellent results.

Usage: Simply place the mould straight on the baking tray, align it and bake the tart. After baking, lift the mould carefully and you will obtain a tart with perfect edges.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher and can also be put in the freezer.

In the traditional oven, the ring-shaped mould withstands up to the temperature of 220°C.
