The fluted shape and ideal dimensions of this tart pan make it perfect for baking and preparing tart or quiche crusts. The steel material promotes the caramelization process, helping you achieve a crispy crust. Additionally, heat is evenly distributed across the entire surface, ensuring uniform cooking of your dishes.

The non-stick coating, free from PFOA, allows for easy release of baked goods and also protects the steel from oxidation, making cleanup easier.
