"Super" mandolin for vegetables - Benriner

The new and improved model of the Super Benriner mandolin, made in Yamaguchi, Japan, has blade made of compressed stainless steel that is heat-treated and, then, hand-finished to provide an extra sharp and long-lasting blade.

Seen as a standard in any professional kitchen, the Benriner products are the sharpest madolines on the market, with blades of exceptional quality reminiscent of the Japanese knives.

The side wheel adjusts the blade according to thickness to allow you to reach the desired slice width from 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm; perfect product for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, onions and other vegetables!

The mandolin includes 3 interchangeable blades for different slicing styles: straight blade, medium julienne blade (3 mm) and coarse julienne blade (11 mm), as well as guard device for fingers to keep food safe and protect your fingers. 

The non-slip edge secures the mandolin on the worktop or on the edge of a bowl.
