"REVOLUTION MASTER" mandolin, dimensions 14 x 39 x 18 cm, de Buyer brand

The mandolin is provided with a double serrated horizontal blade and it is perfect to slice any type of fruit/vegetable, including citrus fruits and other soft and juicy foods (such as tomatoes or pears).

The mandolin includes a removable storage box containing 6 blades for Julienne slicing, sizes of 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 mm. The mandolin can also cut extra long slices, such as large chips, carrot sticks, thin slices of eggplant or vegetable noodles.

The mandolin is also provided with a round component for dicing, fitted with a stainless-steel frame that slides on a rail with an excellent rotation control system.

On the upper section, the mandolin is has non-slip coating for best results even when it comes to slicing dry fruits or vegetables.

The blades shall be cleaned by hand only. The frame is dishwasher safe.
