"REVOLUTION" professional mandoline, de Buyer brand, with double horizontal blade, made of stainless steel. The mandoline is equipped with 2 horizontal blades and 3 blades for Julienne slicing into strips and sticks of: 2, 4 and 10 mm. The blades can be adjusted in thickness between 1 and 10 mm.

The double straight/serrated blade easily slices vegetables and fruit, thanks to the sharp serrations. The mandoline resembles a kitchen knife in terms of usefulness, being ideal for hard fruit and vegetables, but it is not recommended to use the mandoline for soft fruit and vegetables, such as tomatoes.

Improved product for slicing and dicing easier than ever, this mandoline made of stainless steel allows you to quickly and accurately dice vegetables and fruit, with the help of the specially designed safety push element. The built-in blade reduces friction and the cutting surface and ensures smooth operation.
