Round low-rim pizza tray, made of blue steel, diameter 28 cm, height 8 mm, de Buyer brand 

This tray is also ideal for preparing various tarts such as flan, quiche, Shortbread pastries or base for tarts.

Perfect item to use in high temperatures: the steel distributes heat evenly and allows the Maillard reaction.

Excellent baking results: the dough gets baked perfectly, and the pastries will have a golden and crunchy crust.

The blue color of the steel is due to a surface heat treatment that provides temporary protection against oxidation; the tray is not fitted with non-stick coating.

Extremely sturdy tray: it remains perfectly flat.

Tip: use the pizza tray together with a baking mat or baking paper and grease well before use.

Do not use this tray to work with cold ingredients.

Clean the tray by wiping or using a brush. After cleaning, grease gently the tray with oil to protect the steel. Store in a dry place.

The pizza tray is not dishwasher-safe. Do not use detergents.
