Non-stick baking paper, fiberglass, 60 x 40 cm - de Buyer

Non-stick baking paper, made from fiberglass, coated in PTFE (PFOA - free), economical and reusable up to 200 times, de Buyer brand.

The baking paper has non-stick properties on each side: allows for easy removal of pastries or cake tins. 

Very thin paper: it does not affect heat diffusion or transmission. The baking paper is 0.08 mm thick.

High versatility: fits all sizes and baking moulds (just cut slightly with scissors to perfectly adjust the paper sheet to the shape of any baking tin or baking mould).

Resistance: withstands temperatures from -170°C to +260°C.

Care: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Dry well before storing.

Stop using the baking paper when the non-stick properties start to fade.
