Product description

Waxed baking paper, dimensions 53 x 32.5 cm, 250 sheets/packet, suitable for both cold use (refrigerator or freezer) and hot use (in the oven).

The paper is reusable if used at low temperature in the oven (for example: when preparing marshmallows).

The baking paper withstands temperatures up to 220°C.

The product has good anti-adhesive properties, so you can easily detach the pastries baked.

The waxed paper is made from 100% natural fibers, provided by European forests certified by PEFC (The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification).

Do not heat when the paper is alone on the tray.

Maintenance:

- when the baking paper is used at high temperature: discard the baking paper.

- when the baking paper is used at low temperature: clean the baking paper manually and dry it very well before storing it.
