Product description

Rectangular tray with micro-perforations and sloped edges, made from hard aluminum, with no non-stick layer, dimensions 40 x 30 cm and thickness 1.5 mm.

The tray is ideal to bake mini-pies and other small pastries or for cakes, galette, quiche and others.

The tray is a perfect match for the silicone baking sheets. The tray can also be used in combination with baking sheets or silicone moulds.

The tray is ideal for use in convection ovens.

Each micro-perforation has a diameter of 3 mm, which allows an excellent flow of hot and cold air for a uniform baking.

Do not use the tray to cook liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not heat or put the tray the empty in the oven. Do not overheat the tray in the oven.

The product cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher.
