Product description

Wok pan with a beechwood handle, produced by Zokura, made from carbon steel with a titanium nitride coating, diameter 32 cm.

The lightweight carbon steel wok features a seasoning coating based on vegetable oil to maintain its non-stick properties.

The non-stick TiN (titanium nitride) coating offers high resistance to corrosion and scratches, making it the best coating for carbon steel woks. However, dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, and periodic seasoning with vegetable oil is advised.

The long beechwood handle protects you from burns.

The flat-base wok (for better stability) can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
