The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used for finishing protects the dish from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching the product) making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
