Product description

Perforated ring-shaped mould, made from stainless steel, de Buyer brand, ideal for tarts, quiches and festive cakes, developed in collaboration with Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, school dedicated to professional chefs.

This mould, with diameter of 24,5 cm and height of 2 cm, is perfect if you want to prepare pies from dough or puff pastry. 

The perforations on the surface of the ring help to bake the crust evenly, and the smooth surface helps to obtain desserts with perfect edges and an easy removal of this mould.

The ring-shaped mould is flexible, easy to use and always returns to its original shape.

The ring-shaped mould can be put in refrigerator, freezer and oven.

The product can be cleaned in dishwasher.
