Perfect mould for baking the famous bundt cake (guguluf), made of steel with a non-stick coating, de Buyer brand

Excellent baking results thanks to the steel: the mould reaches the high temperatures required for a browned and caramelized bundt cake.

Non-deformable and completely waterproof baking mould which ensures even heat distribution for uniform baking.

Non-stick baking mould: guaranteed PTFE (PFOA-free) coating for an easier muffin release, steel protection against oxidation and easy to clean.

Instructions:

Grease the mould before use.

Traditional baking in the oven (max. 220°C).

Not safe for use in microwave oven.

Do not use metal objects in the baking mould.

Care: wash by hand using non-abrasive sponge

This product shall not be cleaned in dishwasher.
