Bread scoring blade, produced by de Buyer, ideal for slashing shaped bread dough.

The blade, made from stainless steel, is extremely sharp and ensures precise cuts.

It is equipped with a protective cover that prevents injuries and preserves the integrity of the blade during storage.

The handle and protective cover are made of plastic.

Manual washing is recommended.

Dispose of the blade once it becomes dull.
