The HR®  (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures ranging from -20°C to +270°C and can be placed in the microwave, oven or freezer. The enamel used in finishing protects the jar from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the jar without leaving scratch marks), making it dishwasher-safe.

The product is lead, cadmium and nickel-free.
