Thermometer for candies, useful for pastry cooks and confectioners, de Buyer brand.

This thermometer precisely measures temperatures between +80°C and +200°C.
The temperature is displayed by climbing of the the red liquid which is less toxic than mercury. The thermometer can  be completely submerged.

It is protected from possible shocks by a very powerful stainless-steel case.

It is provided with hook for easy storage and use.

Cleaning: the thermometer can be cleaned in dishwasher and can be sterilized.
