The pan has a Duraslide non-stick coating made up of 3 layers, which ensures uniform cooking of food without sticking. It can be used on all types of hobs, including induction.

To protect the non-stick coating, use wooden or silicone utensils. It is resistant in the oven up to a temperature of 230°C .
