• Symmetric blade made of ultra-hard MicroCarbide MC61 steel wrapped in 49 layers of stainless steel.
• Ultra-sharp Honbazuke blade (individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the characteristic sharpness of Japanese knives).
• Traditionally extended blade into the "D-handle" for perfect balance and ergonomic use.
• Blade tempered through the CRYODUR® cryogenic process at -196 °C, ensuring very high hardness.
• Handle made from pakka wood.
