"TWIN 1731" traditional Japanese Santoku knife, 18 cm long blade and handle made of precious ziricote wood, Zwilling brand.

This professional knife, designed by Italian designer Matteo Thun, combines remarkable quality with special elegance.

The knife is made of high-performance Nitro B (N60) steel, extremely hard, resistant to wear and corrosion.
