Salad knife from the Ecco series, with a blade length of 20 cm, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

Thanks to the very wide cutting section of the Pirge Ecco knife, you can easily chop ingredients such as lettuce, cabbage, or cucumbers — becoming the architect of delicious salads.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel contains a high amount of carbon and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. As a result, the blade allows for precise movements and is professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.

Knives from the Ecco series are suitable for use by both professional chefs and culinary enthusiasts.

Manually washing the knife is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
