Knife sharpener - Miyabi

Knife sharpener, made from black synthetic material, Miyabi brand.

This product has 4 abrasive components mounted in parallel 2 by 2 in the sharpening compartment: 2 components made of diamond-coated steel for blade sanding and 2 components made of white ceramic to polish knife blades.

Knives must be clean and dry before sharpening.

This sharpener can be used to sharpen any straight-blade Miyabi or Zwilling knife.
