Easy to clean

The Tristar electric barbecue is very easy to disassemble completely so that you can place the grill rack and grease collector in the dishwasher and the grill can easily be cleaned. The barbecue has a special metal water container that collects the fat.  Because fat is discharged into water, less smoke is released.
