Oven tray, dimensions 29 x 21 cm, made of cast iron, Lava brand.

With a capacity of 2.54 l, the oven tray is coated with 3 thick layers of enamel on the outside and one matte black finish on the inside. Base thickness is 5 mm, while thickness of tray walls is 3 mm. The tray was subjected to the burning process 2 times for enhanced durability and better cooking performance.

The cast iron cooking surface allows you to prepare chicken with a crispy crust, lasagna, vegetables or fish, ensuring each time a uniform cooking of the dishes.

The built-in handles allow you to handle the tray easily, using special oven gloves.

The tray can be cleaned by hand, but is also dishwasher-safe. 

The tray withstands temperatures up to 260°C in the oven. It is not necessary to apply any layer of oil on the tray surface before use.
