4-piece pizza tool set, with extendable handles - Alfa

Alfa brand has designed the extendable set of four pizza tools, for you to prepare an excellent pizza at home and elsewhere. 

All tools can be screwed and unscrewed as needed and can be given additional length with the help of extensions. The tool size without extensions is 95 cm, with one extension 120 cm, and 145 cm with two extensions applied.

All tools in this kit are made in Italy.

The set consists of: 

• 1 semi-professional, aluminum pizza peel;
• 1 round pizza peel made of stainless steel;
• 1 stainless steel ember rake; 
• 1 oven brush, with brass bristles;
• 4 tubular anodized aluminum shafts and Duroplast handles;
• 8 anodized aluminum extensions.

Pizza peel 

The pizza peel is the perfect combination of technology, performance, and design. The pizza peel is perforated to remove excess flour.

The pizza peel is useful for placing pizza in and removing it from the oven. The pizza peel can be screwed on and unscrewed whenever necessary and can be expanded using the included extension tubes.

The stainless steel ember rake allows you to prepare the oven floor and move ash, ember and burnt wood to the sides.

The oven brush is fitted with brass bristles that make cleaning more efficient and, above all, keep the refractory floor in good condition.

The round pizza peel is lightweight, sturdy and easy to handle. Moreover, thanks to its stainless steel structure, it allows you to clean the surface that touches the pizza.
