3-piece "Les Essentiels" knife set, stainless steel blades, Opinel brand

The set contains 3 small knives that cut efficiently and are suitable for everyday use:
- 1 paring knife, blade length 10 cm;
- 1 serrated knife, blade length 10 cm;
- 1 vegetable peeler, blade length 6 cm.

Martensitic stainless steel
Hardness: 55-57 HRC.
The stainless steel used in the manufacture of OPINEL blades is optimized to guarantee both high resistance to corrosion and high mechanical performance.
The blade offers excellent sharpness and high resistance to abrasion (wear), which allows it to withstand the normal contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before requiring resharpening. Stainless steel has the advantage of not needing special maintenance under normal conditions of use, unlike carbon steel. However, it can reach its limits when it is put in prolonged contact with an aggressive environment (acid, salt water, detergent...).

The handle
Handles are made of high quality polymer. They are resistant to water, chemicals and heat.

The knives are dishwasher safe.
